Yes we bring our own professional tools, equipment, and cleaning solutions. 

We prefer homeowners and cleaners do a final walk through after service has been completed, to ensure customer satisfaction. We allow a 24 hour window for any re-cleans. Please take photos immediately if you’re not completely satisfied, and we will gladly correct it.

Absolutely. We prioritize your security at every step. Our booking page is secured with extended validation SSL, and the booking form itself has an extra layer of 256-bit security. For credit card transactions, we use Stripe, which adds another layer of 256-bit security.

Plus, we never store your credit card numbers. We only keep a token that allows us to charge your card. You can rest easy knowing that we take your security very seriously.

We do not issue refunds after service has been completed. If you’re not satisfied with your clean, we will send a cleaner out to make it right (within a 24-hr window).
