Please review these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully before using the website https://reyesservicesillinois.com (the “Service”) managed by Reyes Services of Illinois LLC (“us,” “we,” or “our”).

Access and use of the Service are contingent upon your acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to adhere to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please refrain from using the Service.

Account Creation
When creating an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms and may result in the immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any activities under your account. Do not disclose your password to any third party and notify us immediately if there is any unauthorized use of your account.

Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are the exclusive property of Reyes Services of Illinois and its licensors.

Links to Third-Party Sites
The Service may include links to third-party websites or services that are not controlled by Reyes Services of Illinois. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any damage or loss caused by the use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services.

We advise you to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party websites you visit.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without notice, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms.

Provisions of the Terms that should survive termination will continue in effect, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the Service.

Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after any changes means you agree to the new terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

Cleaning Policies

Reyes Clients: We strive to provide excellent service and ensure clear communication. Please read the following policies carefully. If you have any questions, our support team is ready to assist you.

1. Respect and Professionalism: Our cleaners are professionals and have been thoroughly vetted. Treat them with respect to ensure the best service. If there are any issues, contact our office immediately.

2. Pets: To ensure efficient cleaning, please secure any dogs in a separate room or crate during our visit.

3. Understanding: We guarantee our work. If you notice any missed areas, please inform us promptly, and we will re-clean them as soon as possible.

4. Cleaning Staff: We use the independent cleaner model, meaning we find and thoroughly vet only the best cleaners around.. Cleaning times can vary based on home size and condition. We may assign additional cleaners if necessary.

5. Client Presence: You do not need to be home during the cleaning. If you are, please avoid hovering over the cleaners to ensure they work efficiently. Inspect the work once it is complete.

6. Clutter: For us to be able to clean at a consistent pace and to keep your cleaning affordable we ask if there are more than 5 items in a specific place that need to be dusted please have the items picked up so we can keep a consistent pace and continue to offer these rates for your services. If there is an area where 5 or more items are we will simply dust around them as best as possible and they will NOT be moved by your cleaner. Please note: We do offer organizing services at as a separate service.

6a. Extreme Clutter – We have found in order to handle this kind of task in an efficient manner we would have to charge a higher price that may not fit in most people’s budget.

7. Porous Surfaces: Some surfaces may not appear completely clean due to their nature. These include moldings, caulk, and certain types of furniture. We clean thoroughly but cannot change the inherent characteristics of these materials.

8. Pricing: We reserve the right to change the pricing or discounts if we see that the circumstances of your home are not typical, or if the incorrect booking options had been selected for your home. A 1900 square foot home is a 1900 square foot home regardless of what we are cleaning and is used to gauge the size of your home not what to clean.

8a. Flat Rate Pricing – We chose flat-rate pricing by selecting Beds/Baths to simplify the process for you, and to make it simple to schedule online. By pricing upfront like this, we have nothing to hide and do not guarantee how long or how many cleaners will arrive, the price is simply the price and not based on an amount of time.

8b. Discounts – If you change your service frequency ie: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly from its original booking or if your cleaning has been rescheduled so it falls out of line with your selected frequency, we reserve the right to charge you for that discount that we previously provided and/or change the current discount for further cleanings.

9. Hair and Dust: It doesn’t happen all the time but it has, and it could be the toilet or floor as well. We fully vetted and tested the cleaners so we know they have the utmost intention to leave your home sparkling clean, however, there are times where dust and hair may settle after the job has been completed. We do our best to spot this but at times when a door is shut or someone walks by swiftly it can kick something up that was hidden during our cleaning and moved to the top of a surface. Please understand that we are not perfect, though we strive to be if that’s all it is we ask that you don’t judge the entire cleaning the cleaners worked hard on for you just on this one little thing.

10. 100% Guarantee – Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds. A Re-Clean will only be completed within a 24-hour window from your date of service, otherwise, it will be considered denied. Please make sure to do a walk-through with the cleaner before they leave, or when you return home, and notify us and your cleaner of any issues.

11. Cancellations: Cancelations within 48 hours of the scheduled service, turn-aways, or unfit conditions will incur a $50 fee.

12. Arrival Window: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes affect our cleaner’s arrival times. To ensure flexibility and accommodate any unexpected situations such as traffic delays or unforeseen events, we provide our cleaners with a reasonable 1-hour arrival window. This means that your scheduled cleaning appointment will fall within this time frame.

13. Photos and Videos: Our staff will take pictures and/or videos during their visit for a variety of reasons (safety concerns, incorrect service requirements, before & after, etc). Please let us know before your service if you have any issues regarding pictures or videos in your home.

14. Non-Provided Services: We do not offer blind cleaning, shopping, errands, or cleaning of biohazards, pet waste, or infestations, among others.

15. Tipping: Tips for cleaners are appreciated if you are satisfied with their work.

16. Billing – PLEASE NOTE: A hold will be placed on your account (for authorization ) in the amount of your total balance 24 hours PRIOR to your scheduled cleaning service. If your service is canceled for any reason, this hold will drop off within 2-5 days. THIS HOLD IS NOT A CHARGE. Charging is completed on the day of your appointment and you will receive an invoice via email once this occurs. As always, thank you for choosing Reyes Services of Illinois.
